"The staff is wonderful! I see the excitement on their faces when a dog comes into the building and how excited the dogs are to be there. I will occasionally watch the cameras and see how quickly they respond to any dog being a little too over enthusiastic, as well as how quickly they clean up after a dog. When it comes down to it, I see how much my dog loves going there and how much fun she has, and that tells me all I need to know."
"My dog loves coming here! The staff is very friendly and they obviously care for the dogs quite a lot. They're very attentive throughout the day, the dogs are very well looked after. Would highly recommend!"
"Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff! I really can't say enough good things about how welcoming and thoughtful the staff is to me and my dog. The facility is clean and well maintained. The dogs are not left unsupervised during play time and are given rest breaks during the day. They have easy access to water and are carefully monitored in hot days."
"Very disappointed. We’ve boarded our dog twice with this location. The first time she came back with Kennel cough. We were notified that the location was shutting down for cleaning after her stay due to a number of dogs being sick. We had to pay an expensive vet visit after her stay with them. Fine, maybe an unvaccinated or sick dog slipped in, we gave them another shot. Most recently her stay between July 18-26 she came back with severe diarrhea, vomiting, fever and dehydration. We’re awaiting another costly vet visit and we’ve been up nights with her to let her out or clean up her messes. (We provided the food during her stay so it wasn’t their food). The staff member I spoke with today was unconcerned, unapologetic, and said it’s probably just anxiety (although she displayed no signs of anxiety during her stay). I DO NOT recommend this place and strongly encourage you to look elsewhere for boarding."
