"I came into Ruby Tuesday yesterday and I was blown away. I haven’t eaten there for a few years after a bad experience but let’s just say my mind has been changed. When I walked in I was greeted by the sweetest host, I think her name was Hannah. She was very kind and accommodated my seating requests. My sever Erika was also amazing, she was kind and playful with my little one, and always made sure to check on us throughout our meal. The food was as outstanding, whoever is in the kitchen needs a raise. I recommend any of the pastas and especially the hickory bourbon salmon. I will be returning and I just wanted to thank everyone for changing my mind on this restaurant."
"This place have lost the most important part of serving good food. The service and atmosphere is still there, but the food need to be better poor flavor, the salad bar contents are old, some spoil like potatoes salad. We saw the waitress bring out to refill the half empty container with vegetables with our thrown out the old ones."
"Absolutely love this place!! I went for my birthday and had the best service ever. We were greeted politely and quickly seated, food was served correctly and fast! Erika Sullivan was my server and she went above and beyond to make sure the needs of my table were well kept and put a smile on everyones faces! Definitely will be returning soon! Thanks for the amazing night! This place did not disappoint!"
"After being seated it took at least 10 minutes before anyone came over to take our drink order. Mind you there was only a handful of people eating there. So it was not busy at all. Our food was cold when it arrived. And my husband’s chicken parmigiana breading was so dark it looked burnt! See pictures. My chicken with zucchini was not seasoned at all just had some barbecue sauce on chicken!! Very disappointed!"
