"I called to schedule an oil change. The woman that I spoke with was very pleasant and kind and confirmed all of my needs. When it came time for my appointment the servicer again confirmed my needs. They had a great lobby to wait in and everyone that walked by greeted me pleasantly. What I was most impressed with though was that they completed my oil change and filled my fluids (a service I did not request) and did NOT charge me more than the cost of an oil change! Unfortunately the low bar of not being swindled at a servicing appointment is a bar to surpass these days. I had a very different experience at another dealership so I was grateful to pay the price I expected and have my fluids filled in addition."
