My Umdnj:

"Brought them a radiator with a tiny leak. Asked what to expect to be charged and was told “$50-$80, depending on how many leaks”. Got it back 3 days later for $110 and when I reassembled, it leaked exactly the same amount in exactly the same place. Went back and asked for my money back. They immediately said that I must have damaged it. While I have never been a professional mechanic, I have personally done the work to restore 7 antique/classic cars in my life so I do have an appreciation for the care, attention, and craftsmanship that goes into proper mechanical work. So I guess it’s their word against mine. Anyway, after insulting and badgering me, they finally agreed to give me my money back. So for that, I’ll give them one star instead of zero."
