"I pointed out that the items showing on the drive thru screen were not the same as what I ordered. They repeated my order, so I assumed it was a fluke. I did get the items I ordered, but they’d “forgotten” the beef. My Crunchwrap supreme was 90% shell for $5.79. Not ok."
"So this is just going to be a general rating. Normally the food is fine, 50% of the time they mess up your order or refuse to serve you an hour or 2 before their posted closing time! Good food usually as long as they don’t forget a whole item of your order (usually the chips and cheese) luckily you can order from Macedon or Penfield and irs not a far drive."
"Having lived all over the country in the past few decades, and having eaten at countless Taco Bells over that time, this is the single best one I've ever been to. From the staff, to the cleanliness, to the speed and accuracy of orders, I've yet to find a single thing to nitpick about. Truly a top notch location!"
"I recently visited this taco bell and was just amazed by the quality of food. The chipotle chicken burrito was exceptional. I'm not sure why it's different than other taco bell locations since it's a chain, but it was just right, perfect proportions, perfect toasted tortilla, and juiciness! Unfortunately, when we visited, they were short-staffed, but the delicious food made up for it. Amber who I believe was the manager came out to all the tables and apologized for the wait, and gave us free taco coupons. I was impressed by her professionalism and kindness. Thank you Amber! Please keep up the excellent customer service and great food! Presentation was noticeably cleaner than other locations as well."
"Every time I go, the woman taking orders, is incredibly professional and always pleasant to talk to. Just the simple act of ordering food here literally brightens my day. She is incredible and easily the most friendly fast food worker I've encountered."
