"I brought in an overcoat and 2 suits to be cleaned and pressed on 1/1/24 and I paid $59 total but my overcoat was clearly “overlooked” because there is a huge stain on the inside of the collar that was not cleaned. I am willing to return as customer but only if they can correct this mistake."
