Scheduling an appointment online, receiving a confirmation email and text and reminders, the service itself, and everything in between. Jonathan who performed the cleaning called before my appointment to confirm his arrival time which was within 30 minutes of the start of the three-hour window. He did a fantastic job. Explained the service, answered my questions, and was genuinely helpful. He provided initial testing and a quote. "Update to 3.5 stars: the owner, Jonathan, called me directly to explain the reasons for the higher costs, mentioning that the products and services are guaranteed and that their team will come out if something happens. I mentioned my relatives in Wilmington paid much lower costs, but he told me that the markets are different and his services are guaranteed. I'm changing my rating even though the costs were way higher than expected, becuase Jonathan offered a discount on the next service and a free fix for a very small item that got missed. I really appreciated the call and I will say after using my dryer the past few days I notice a huge improvement. For those considering service, make sure you ask the call center if you can be connected to the owner for a general estimate. That way you will have an idea of costs before you book."

"My service tech Nate was wonderful! Very kind and explained everything. The work was done fast too. No issue with him. My issue is with the cost. Mistake on my part because I didn’t look up average costs until after but I paid about 3 times more than the average for the services rendered (inspection, cleaning, coil replacement and bird nest replacement. The rep even used my own vacuum! I feel really taken advantage of and would not recommend this company to anyone for that reason."

"Let me begin by stating that Douglas G. (our technician) was amazing from start to finish! We had a new dryer installed yesterday and the sensor sent an error code advising us to not use it until inspecting/cleaning out our vent. We had cleaned the vent before installation, and thought we had gotten it all…we didn’t. After speaking with customer service, they strongly recommended having a professional check. After looking at several companies in the area, we decided on Dryer Vent Wizard and I was able to find and book an appointment online for today last night! Not only did Douglas call and ask if he could arrive earlier than expected, he suspected what the problem was before he even began working (and he was right)!
