"Unnecessarily stressful experience with Superclean with no communication. I first called on Monday afternoon and made an appointment for Wednesday morning for a move-out cleaning of one bedroom and a small attached bathroom in a larger house as a courtesy to the tenant who will be taking over my lease on this room. The associate on the phone estimated the job would take 1-1.5 hours but told me that I would need to follow up by email with details of the job and that the owners would get back to me with a cost quote the next day. On Tuesday at 4pm I had received no response so I called back and was reassured by the associate on the phone that the owners with get back to my on email by the end of the business day at 5pm. I had received no email or phone call by 9am the next day - the time of the appointment. Between 9 and 10 am, I made several calls to the phone line, all of which went to voicemail and none of the voicemails were returned. I am a full time student who also works part time and I had to rearrange my schedule for this appointment that Superclean did not honor. It is now over an hour and a half past the scheduled appointment time with no communication from the business and I have to assume they are a no show. I know this is a small business and I likely would not have even left this review at all if they had returned a single call or email to let me know they were unable to make it - I get that things come up! But the radio silence on their end on both the quote and the appointment is costing me hours of my time (chasing the business and scrambling to arrange an alternative). I hope they improve their communications for future clients."
