"This company totally scammed me out of $150.00! They sent an estimator who said I would have an estimate in 24 hours. It was 4 full days later before I received it. The guy who did the estimate said he sent it on Thursday. The lady in the office said it was Friday. I didn't get it until Monday after I called & emailed repeatedly. Then, even though I said I was in a hurry when I first called, they said it would be another 11 days before they could get to me! I would never have used this company if they were truthful about their time lines & told me I'd have to wait 15 days for service. Then they refused to refund my $150.00 even though they had misled me about their service. Also, the owner of this franchise has refused to talk to me about this."
