"Charles is nice but what he promised “attention to detail” did not occur. When Charles wanted our business he was very persistent and promised a lot of things. When we hired his team work was not up to par. Workers showed up late and many areas were missed and unattended. We voided our agreement and unfortunately our place was left mess on their last day of service. Charles loved to brag about his businesses and contracts and yet I feel as if the service we received was poor. Maybe his business is growing too fast, but that should not be an issue I deal with as the customer."
