"The young man was very polite. He was in such a hurry he didn’t care about getting my carpet cleaned. He didn’t even put the shoe protectors on. His shoes were dirty. My carpet looks better than before but the stains are still there. So today I am cleaning the stains one by one to get it cleaned. Also my carpet was over saturated. It took 12hrs. to dry."

The updates and reminders were great, I received a text they were headed my way and the cleaners called (instead of ringing my doorbell-as the sign asks for visitors to do-greatly appreciated the dogs not getting stressed). They did a fantastic job, clear communication not only with me, but each other. I was able to add service while they were here without issue.
