"Received 2 cleanings, first was great but second one there was a whole bathroom missed and more (master bathroom toilet & shower, didn't take trash out, didn't clean window sills, etc). Talked to Sheila, owner, on the phone and was offered $10 and some attitude after 2.5 weeks of trying to get in touch. I normally am not one to let one bad experience ruin it for me, but after the lack of customer service after this we will not be using this company again."
