"This would not be my choice if you are over 55 and active, especially active. There are more 'walkers' around, and the ages seem to be getting older by the month. The management is not forthright about many aspects of of living at Overture. We lived there for 2 years, and maintenance was terrible. It took five months to replace a broken air-conditioner, one whole summer!! And it was still making a strange noise when we left! The security was lax - not good for older folks who live there, and they are still saying to prospective tenants that it's a secure environment. Extremely noisy and busy location. Keep looking; you and/or your elderly parents deserve better. A ton of turnover, too many false promises, and tenants that refer to themselves as 'inmates'!! Management is terrible, deceitful and will basically rent to anybody dishonest"
"The pool party was awesome!!! Thanks for the veggie burgers...yum. Great fun line dancing and I enjoyed seeing the residents "active". Thanks also to Steven and his staff for cooking and serving us; some of the residents became an "ambassador for a day." Looking forward to the next celebration."
"Hello, I moved in Overture Crabtree in November 2022. I am really enjoying my residence here. The residents are very friendly and I see this as my forever home. I am living at the Marriott Drive location. The Manager, Tiffany is always very attentive and is always ready to answer all my questions. In fact all of the staff are very friendly and professional.
