Please let Lynn lake be your last choice because you will regret living there and on top off everything else they went up on the rent and we got out of there."

"This place has really gone done since GVA took over, The maintenance here is really bad, It took me over a month to get a garbage disposal and when he did come to replace my old one he broke the new one installing it, and i had to wait another 3 weeks for another one, One maintenance tech told me he didn't have any vaccines but yet working in multiple people apartments without masks, which can cause covid to spread around the community, Do yourself a favor and DON'T MOVE HERE!!!!! Update live here at your on risk, People are walking around with giant pythons snakes around their necks and dogs are running around off their leash, no one enforces the law and your neighbors are heavy weed smokers."

"This place has gone to hell. It very difficult to talk a person. Maintenance is horrific, currently waiting 18 days for major HVAC repair. No one seems to know what is going on. Currently I have had a cut out in the ceiling with no repair insight. You have to put a work order in for every step of the repair because maintenance is contracted out and submits info to someone not on site. Rent anywhere but here."

"let me just start by saying Yesenia is the glue that keeps it together & she deserves more/better. moved from out of state & immediately after moving in (a span of 4 weeks) things went left. mildew smell overwhelmed my unit..leaks down into my apartment things immediately started to fall apart.. many inconveniences. no maintenance requests filled due to change in management. pool bright green. roaches, centipedes, spiders.. ants all over my closet and bedroom. I really wanted to love it. It was great from the outside looking in & first glance. **Update** Still awaiting move-out documentation, monies owed to me. Can’t get in contact with anyone by phone or email smh."

"Very disappointed! Do not rent here. My daughter has been without air conditioning for 5 days now and no help from anyone. No emergency access to call for help and management is useless. Try living in this heat for 5 days without air. And now roaches are coming into her apt. In addition, it took almost 7 days for the air conditioning issue to be resolved. Now 2 weeks later her ceiling has fallen in due to a water leak in the apt above, the front of the microwave has fallen off, the sink is leaking, and her kitchen is only half usable and she's left with a dehumidifier taking up living space but the hole in the ceiling remains."
