"The customer service is exceptional. Michelle, Jasmine and another young lady (cannot remember her name) are always courteous and helpful. When I first moved in I had to call for several repairs and whenever I call they never make me feel like I'm being a pain. So it is necessary to edit my original post. Moving in is when you get the courteous personality. When you have a serious issue Michelle couldn’t care less. I needed to have dealings with financially to rush 30 minutes away and when I get there the office is closed. She makes her own hours apparently because not only did this happen 2 days in a row but it has happened in the past. Truthfully I thought I was losing my mind. The repairs are done sloppily. All they do is patch up a mess and after a while is shows through the paint. They deny covering up mold. The tub is painted and there is a blackness that comes through after cleaning. They just paint over it. Save yourself the misery DON’T MOVE IN HERE!!"

"The front desk is nice but the apartments are horrible please do not move your family in to these apartments. There are so many roaches they literally start to take over your unit they will be on your bed , your coaches , in your fridge all over the place ,mice , bed bugs, spiders anything you can think of are in these units. From the thin floors you hear every foot step and even hear when someone is using the restroom. The plumbing is horrible just not a good place then the rent is going to go up every year without them fixing the main source of issues which is shutting down these apartments to do the proper maintenance and pesticides needed. There’s a club that goes on 7 days a week 10pm-2am every night with loud music. Please be aware before moving in please."

"The apartments in every building are infested with Roaches. The office people will pretend they dont know but they are fully aware. Maintenance doesn't fix anything in a timely manner. I relocated from NY to NC and the online tour was great but it doesn't look the same in person. Trash all over and very deceiving from the photos. Rent was increased each year."

"The leasing agents were very nice and helpful but the property has some issues. I moved in April and moved back out the same week, never actually staying there. My apartment had a huge roach problem which I could not live with. I was allowed to leave but I have yet to receive my full deposit back. I have left emails and played phone tag. I am hoping and expecting that the owners honor their promise to give my money back"
