"Nice people. My crawlspace repairs were outsourced to this company. They did a good job. I asked about their capabilities and met with RJ for estimates on projects I had. One was completed and done well. I was told a crawlspace door they did not replace would be done, never was. I also waited a month for additional quotes. RJ would not communicate with me via email, text, phone...nothing. I went to his foreman and was told to be patient for two weeks....NOTHING. I continued contacting both of them with no response...very unprofessional. If you are not interested in someone's work, all you have to do is say so! I waited for them to respond for over 4 months. UNREAL. Guess they have no intention on servicing/warranty on their work either!"

"RJ was tasked to waterproof a 8x12 wooden shed that is used as part a cat rescue, and one can imagine the pee/poop issues that are detrimental to a wooden structure. We told him what we wanted and his solution exactly met our requirements. Despite the shed being over 7-years old and not exactly square, RJ's team was able to incorporate a floor liner along with FRP walls and ceilings in a water-tight fashion...He even installed the garage rubber flooring we had previously bought when we were contemplating doing the work ourselves. The crowning feature was the installation of a drain trough along the back wall to remove the unpleasantness that cleaning generates. My wife is VERY happy with the results, and now she will be able to hose down the shed interior when required for cleaning and not worry about water issues. RJ and his crew were very professional, courteous in their business dealings with us, and got the job done in two very long work days.
