Anson at North Hills

"This is a very nice property, at least from my experience. The people in the office are absolutely wonderful, polite and professional, always smiling and making good conversation, especially Zarina and Gaby. If you need a work order done, it's usually done the same day you request, almost immediately. The apartments are newly renovated, with freshly painted walls, as well as new carpets, appliances and countertops. There are also two outdoor pools, that are regularly cleaned. It is located in a very walkable area, along a major bus route, with lots of shopping and restaurants. It is a very easy commute to Downtown and within walking distance of Triangle Town Center. There are some homeless people in the area, but my experience has been that if you don't provoke them, they won't bother you (plus they have on-site security). I would definitely recommend moving here, the only reason that I rate this property 4/5 instead of 5/5, is because I believed this unit had a washer/dryer hookup at the time that I signed the lease, but it does not. I hate laundromats, so I usually take my dirty laundry 40 miles to Benson so that I can wash clothes at my Grandmother's house. If I can move into a unit at the end of my lease with a washer/dryer hookup that is also newly renovated, I will change my rating to 5 stars. Otherwise, great job everyone!"

"SCAMMING GARBAGE The people in the office are cool but the policies are written by Neanderthals. Lived here a year and it’s been hell. Bunch of scam artists who will do anything they can, would probably rob a penny from a homeless man. Just don’t live here."

"I recently moved in to Anson and have really enjoyed it. The process was simple to apply and move in. They just painted the outside it looks even better than the photos. It’s a great location, it’s such an easy commute to work and I love how close it is to restaurants."

"Lived here for a while and this place has really turned around! New ownership has done a great job with the renovations and I love my new apartment. The Property really seems to be changing for the better. Front office at the Property is always on call and has not let me down yet!"

"I am a resident at this complex, and I do know that everyone, may have there own experiences with dealing with "The Chelsea" and it could very well be a nice review or negative review, due to pervious management which is understandable. So here's my nice review: I want to say, speaking from my experience so far , our new management is awesome!! The new community manager, is friendly and professional also even down to the, assistant manager and staff!! When needing anything fixed in your apartment maintenance is on the premises. Both maintenance workers are also polite and professional, as well as friendly!! For me they shown that they value there residents, and provide you with a apartment home, that is comfortable and, an environment that is exciting and enjoyable (did I mention we have 2 pools, dog park, parking for your vehicle and a laundry unit on site for those, who do not have washer & dryer in there unit) Not to mention 24hr gas station near by, grocery store across the street (food lion) near by banks department store Sam's Lowes etc. and gym) I will say, I do have one issue and that's pertaining into the gym, not having access when you want to work out, we only have access when management is open. What if I want to work out Sunday morning and I cant!! I fill the gym should be 24hr access, maybe coming up with a key card for residents to have access to the gym at anytime to work out, it is apart of the amenities!!"
