"If I could give 0 stars, I would. This place has been nothing but awful since we moved in almost a year ago. Management is rude and uncooperative at best, and consistently negligent. Our apartment has had a German Roach infestation since March of 2023, when we moved in, and when the office said they sent pest control to spray the apartment, they were lying over half the time. They have done multiple "roach cleanouts" and the problem still remains, although they say seeing a minimum of 5 bugs a day is "not an indication of a roach infestation." Our dryer was broken upon move-in, and the electrical wiring is all messed up and improperly done (we know this because we had an electrician look at the wirings and outlets, as many outlets are broken-and have been since March of 2023). There are divets in the floor, and holes in the ceiling. When corporate was contacted due to the plain disrespect of the managers and staff, they simply sided with the office stating, "the office said that you do not have a bug problem" which is extremely unprofessional, and they refused to listen to my side of the story. Each email I have sent for months has been ignored, and I have had to call or go into the office to even make sure my email was received. When I do go into the office, the staff has been rude, treated me like a burden, and as if the apartment's issues are not important. The level of unprofessionalism is honestly astounding. Our heat is now broken, and when the office staff was told about it, they were, again, rude, and acted as if it was not their problem. I have had to speak with the property manager multiple times, and nothing gets done. The amenities are, in a nice word, complete crap. Our dishwasher has also not worked since move in (March 2023), and when I brought this to the office's attention, they said it was a "sanitizing dishwasher" and was not meant to actually wash dishes. When I showed up to the office and spoke to the property manager regarding this issue, she dismissed me, and said it was just "sanitizing" despite me having the manual for the exact model of dishwasher pulled up on my phone, which I showed to her. If you are wondering why the prices here are so low, it is because this place is simply problematic. Our former downstairs neighbor currently has a class-action lawsuit against the complex for not fixing a black mold issue in his apartment, which led to him and his family staying in the hospital for multiple days, and he is not the only person this has happened to. If you live here currently, I can only assume you are as unhappy as we are, and I am so sorry for the hell this place is putting you through. If you are looking at living here, DO NOT. You will regret it a week in, and they will gaslight you and take your money."

"I was helped by one of the leasing consultants (Quincy) and he really did an excellent job ensuring I got the unit I was looking for! He was kind, communicative, and resourceful when walking me through apartment information and touring. The rest of the staff was interactive as well, unlike many other office staff for other apartment communities who can be pretty nonchalant. But not this group for sure!"

"As far as affordable living goes, this is it. Love the location especially as it's within walking distance to Lake Johnson and Avent Ferry shopping center, and 10 minute drive to downtown Raleigh or Cary Crossroads area. The office staff is friendly and professional, they made transferring within the complex a breeze and make us feel welcome. The neighborhood is quiet and diverse, lots of different people from all walks of life making their happy homes together. The gym and pool are top notch. I love living here and plan to stay until we buy our forever home"
