"I have lived here for 4yrs, I never had any problems until recently. The past year deliveries have been an issue! Delivery drivers don’t listen, they leave deliveries in lobby not at your door and they get stolen within hours!!! Recently , I’ve had three deliveries stolen from the lobby!! I have pictures of the packages being delivered, get home around 5pm packages are gone . I have emailed, asking if someone would look at the camera, hoping I would fine my belongings but weeks later no one has contacted me. I don’t feel like this is a safe place to live anymore and I cannot wait to move!!"

"Mary Ann gave us a wonderful tour of the Arboretum and was very helpful answering all our questions. She was also very friendly and her words meant a lot to my son when she said “these spaces are an extension of your new home here.” After viewing about four other apartments complexes in the area, he returned to the Arboretum to sign a lease. Ryan then stepped forward late in the day to help. He was also extremely knowledgeable and friendly. When my son took over the lease Mary Ann was there with the keys and very informative documents as well as a friendly smile. She was also quick to answer any questions via text messaging. The apartment was in very good condition thanks to the great maintenance staff and my son already feels right at home. Thank you Mary Ann and Ryan!"

Maintenance always responded quickly and the jobs have been completed usually within 24 hours after opening the work order. They are efficient, friendly, communicative, and most importantly professional. It is a great relief living in a place knowing that when something inevitably needs work, there is a maintenance staff that we can trust to take care of it."
