"Took my Range Rover for service - the past experience (April 2022) was very bad as got a service appointment after nearly 2 months when called and that too, without a loaner for the day. Manufacturer certified technician could not even find the cause of the problem and returned the car without fixing but charged full labor. But this time, the service advisor changed and probably new technician. Tyler Hess is new service advisor but provided excellent service and even the service manager has been very supportive. Online service appointment page does not work as there is never a date available. So, drove in and got the appointment within the week. Later on, I was even given a loaner. For whatever reason, the car took more than 1 week to be fixed even though initial assessment was same day. But with loaner with me, that was never a problem. The car has been fixed to my satisfaction so far. I recommend this dealer service and the advisor both - five star rating from me."
