"I seen you guys in there and I do clean up other people's messes up and it's not right for nobody to clean up anyone else's mess but themselves and if they can't clean up their mess they don't need to do any laundry at all and I appreciate you guys for what you do and I had a job but I don't have it anymore but I'm definitely looking to help you guys out at the laundry mat"

"I have used this business to wash my laundry for 7 years. 7. I will NEVER come to it again. Reason: they have signs saying not to wash rugs there. I have rugs that are ENTIRELY CLOTH, no rubber in them whatsoever. I was told today that that does not matter. RIDICULOUS! It is THEIR business, however, so I will abide by their rule by NOT EVER GIVING THEM BUSINESS AGAIN. This is me wiping the dust off my feet and not giving them another quarter. No loss on my part. They have roaches."

"I don't know if this place is under new ownership or what happened, but I had been coming to this laundromat for the past 10 years along with my Mama but not again!!! The last 3 weeks in a row it's been so miserable and no air or even a fan going inside this place, and we've had to prop the door open just to get our laundry started in the washers and dryers, then literally had to take everything outside to fold it all up. My elderly Mama isn't even able to walk inside anymore and I have to just keep her in her vehicle with the air going, she nearly passed out the last time she tried to go in with me. Not only should these people be ashamed for not turning the air conditioning on or even cleaning up in the laundromat, but the previous owners never let this place look so nasty, but they definitely didn't make people go into a heat stroke just to get their laundry done. Bad news is that the other laundromat across town that's owned by the same people, is exactly the same way and they don't have any air conditioning on either. I know that several people over the last few weeks have said that they wouldn't be back, but now we'll never go back either. Something should be done to make these people at least keep fans on and it a decent temperature but they just are in it for the money. A lot of us miss the previous owners and now will find a new place that actually doesn't want people to die inside their business"

"I don't think the same people on this laundromat anymore because the cleanliness has definitely went downhill there's always trash in the floor trash in the washers dryers outside laying around and the vending machines are empty and then one of the credit card readers had been torn off and was duct taped back to the machine which did not make it look very trusting to you the older laundromat out there beside if IGA has definitely got a lot more cleanliness about it and there's always someone there between the two owners working and keeping the place clean and the washers available to use."
