"I lived here for a year, everyone in the leasing office was always friendly and helpful. They remembered little things about my dog and I, which sounds small but was very appreciated and made me feel like they really did care. Maintenance staff was incredible. They always responded immediately and are such friendly guys. I was incredibly lucky with the apartment itself, the kitchen was brand new, all new appliances, floors and fresh paint. It was the best kitchen I’ve ever had and will miss that the most! The grounds were always kept up well. I really enjoyed staying here and have nothing but great things to say about the whole team!"

We lived at Hawthorne at the Parkway for 1 year while waiting to purchase a home. Everyone we came in contact with, from the Manager on down, were always very friendly and yet professional. It was really more like a resort than an apartment. Michael ,one of the staff members, is indeed a great asset to the property. More than once we needed something and he was timely and efficient in getting us answers. The maintenance staff are outstanding. They all are very friendly and always professional in how they conduct their business.
