"The Edison recently underwent new management, so I will be redacting my previous one star review. The new property manager is very attentive and personable. They are quick to fix the random smoke alarms (I guess all the batteries die around the same time). The office number is currently having some issues, but I was able to finally get in touch with someone and she quickly gave me her email so I wouldn’t have to go through the call-around process again. I have noticed lately it has been cleaner, has less smells in the hallways, and I’m excited to live here another year under this new management. *** I haven’t been able to contact a property manager since writing this review. Please check your voicemail- our front door is unlocked and I’ve had packages stolen. Your email doesn’t work anymore. I keep getting my messages bounced back."

"I’ve really enjoyed my time at The Edison and don’t really have anything negative to say. The location is perfect, you are literally steps away from everything in Plaza, and I appreciate that it’s a block off of Central which gives it a more neighborhood feel. It’s a boutique apartment building with fewer apartments than most complexes, and this is something I really appreciate it. The halls are quiet. The neighbors I’ve encountered have all been nice and welcoming. I have a one bedroom and I love the size of the kitchen and the finishes. I’ve submitted several maintenance requests and they’ve been taken care of quickly. I’ve always had a great experience with Reagan Townsend the Property Manager and you can tell she cares about the residents. Sure, the complex doesn’t have all the amenities that some other complexes have... but you can’t beat the location and the apartments are very nice for the price. Plaza at your doorstop is your amenity as well as walking home to building without noise, partying, and a lot of traffic. I recommend living here!"

"Had issues with the property manager, Valerie, being misleading about my lease and is difficult to get a hold of. They key fobs to access the apartment did not work half the time, the front door was constantly breaking, the gate to the parking is often stuck in the open position so finding parking can be difficult at times. The rest of the staff were friendly and helpful, but make sure to have everything in writing. The apartments are in a good location, but with all the issues I would go with another complex in the area."

"Property manager, Valerie, is rude and clueless. Not only is she hard to get a hold of, I don't think she's ever visited the actual property as the entire property management is located off-site. Always sends one of her minions to address issues and answer the phone. Needs a lesson in customer service, and also on the responsibilities of a "business manager". Steer clear."
