"The technician was so polite. He gave me a call to let me know exactly his arrival time before he came. When he arrived, he did a thorough walkthrough with me to talk about specific areas of the carpet and stains that I was most worried about. He got straight to work, using corner guards on walls to protect them, and shoe covers too. At the conclusion of the cleaning service he explained the invoice in detail and did not try to upsell me on unnecessary items like most other companies that I have used in the past. I had 3 rooms cleaned which he completed in an hour. The end result was amazing!!! I’m extremely impressed!!!"
