"Most the machines are broken. You're lucky if they're marked broken but i just WASTED $20 trying to do my laundry here. The large washer ($7) broke halfway through the wash and all the dryers i tried using didnt even heat up. It just tumbled my clothes. Im lucky i found two that worked but when i went inside the bathroom I found bugs in there. They weren't roaches but still ick... This will be my last time using this laundry matt for a while. The area where you put your soap is gross and the insides for most of the washing machines are gross and slimy. It used to be nice but its gone down hill lately. It needs to be shut down for a week for deep cleaning and mantaince beacuse these issues are completely fixable. Two positives I'll give the place is there is a suggestion box (bring your own pen/paper) and they kept the walk way clear of snow. But maybe get that gray paint off the tables. They're peeling. The tables needed to be sanded and prepped before painting because the gray paint has nothing to stick to. That's not a complaint but a suggestion. I've done that before to art projects. Easy mistake."

"Never have I had a good experience at this place but still ever so often I try to give it another shot and yet again I’m shown exactly why I should not have. I read some of the latest reviews and also the replies back from the new owner and thought I’d see what had changed. Nothing has changed, absolutely nothing! Still out of order signs on over half of the dryers and the other half either don’t get hot at all or the door flies open throughout the whole cycle. I just wasted $5 trying to dry two loads of laundry for my son to have some school clothes but guess I’ll have to get creative because they didn’t even get warm! As I was looking to see which dryer I could even use the attendant pointed out two that I’d already checked and the doors seemed like they wouldn’t stay shut at all. He reassured me they would, I even asked again before I put my clothes in them and he said oh yes, they work fine. Then he sat there and watched me as I had to restart the dryer over and over and over again because the door wouldn’t stay shut! Absolutely ridiculous, I was really hoping this new management might take this location a little more serious but it’s the same pathetic excuse for a laundromat that it’s always been. SMH…"

"The place is nasty,at 7am the tables are still covered in hair, dirty, and lint, they probably weren't cleaned from the night before. Also the residue that is floating in the washer traps are appalling not to mention the amount of stuff that's never scraped out of the dryers like they should be. The water fountain where I would imagine many parents have to struggle keeping children away from is absolutely disgusting. You need a better caretaker for your facility and if you cared about your customers and reputation you should consider that. I have lost over 3.00 on the dryers, calling the number is useless as you don't receive a call back or a refund for what gets eaten by dryers. Also it is UNBEARABLY HOT in this place! It's every bit of 90 95 degrees and it's before 11am and maybe 5 dryers are running, ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS TO HAVE TO SUFFER, JUST BECAUSE YOU ARE THE ONLY LAUNDROMAT IN ERWIN DOESN'T GIVE YOU THE RIGHT TO CUT YOUR COST AT THE EXPENSE OF YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS! You should be ashamed!"

"This place is clean your place to get your clothes washed, but do you want to watch the people that comes in here because they’re nothing but a bunch of thieves. I’m not talking about the owner I’m talking about people in general you should be able to shoot him and watch him die. These are no good."
