Even my father who lives out of state said that his mind is at ease knowing that I have Enzo to help with ALL of my vehicle needs and he said to never go anywhere else. I am in great hands! I agree and feel it and you will as well. Here is why in a big nutshell. From the moment I called JME I knew that I have reached right place. Enzo and his staff answered all of my questions and concerns about what repairs I felt were needed to be done on my car. The difference between JME Automotive and other shops is how Enzo and his staff treats me with the utmost respect, patiently listens intently to what my concerns are and then offers me solutions. Not only does Enzo explain to me what needs to be done, he takes it upon himself to make sure that when you pick your car back up it is ALWAYS better then when you dropped it off. Every time I drop my car off, Enzo does a once over on my car making sure there isn't anything that I have neglected due to just having a busy life. I have been taking my car to Enzo's shop for years now and need to express how speechless my last visit made me upon picking up my car. Although I know Enzo and his staff can do anything needed to repair my car; I didn't know what I was walking into after dropping of my car that was majorly damaged from a car accident. I wish I had before pictures, I literally didn't recognize my car, my eyes still water even thinking about how beautiful it looked when I picked it up. Yup, I totally cried because I promise you, you completely just feel like family every single time you leave your car in their hands. I can go on and on about how Enzo and his staff went over and beyond on what I brought my car in for. I didn't realize it until the next morning that my car was not only repaired on the outside right down to the smallest details, my car was shown extra love and was detailed inside as well. All coffee drip marks, random crumbs, crumbled scrap papers and such were wiped away, tossed out and all surfaces were polished. My floor mats were cleaned and vacuumed... the list goes on. I am always more than happy with their work, but this time I am completely blown out of the water. Long story yes... but trust me... I could still go on. So as I mentioned above that if you want to be treated with respect and like family, go to JME Automotive. I PROMISE you won't go anywhere else. There is nothing they can't fix. I feel like I am driving a brand new car every single time I drive off of the lot. Thank you Enzo for treating me like family! You and your staff are much appreciated. "I don’t write many reviews, but I have to do this one. This place is the greatest place I ever done business with Enzo was so helpful they were not pushy. They told me to go other places to price plows they gave me the option of buying new ones and used ones. I went home thought about it didn’t even go to other places because of the treatment they gave me I went with the use plow for my F150 and it’s like brand new the mechanics did a wonderful job on it. Please give these guys a chance you will never regret it, I just wanna give a big thanks to all of them Carl zarcone"

"The best mechanic shop in the Rochester area. I take my car here all it's needs and they even do bike work. My motorcycle accident left my bike essentially totaled but when the insurance company would only give me so much for repairs Enzo fought with the adjuster for more. By the end they gave it back to me at 100% with new handlebars, fuel tank, headlamp, ECT. I don't go anywhere else."
