"Tried reaching corporate office due to car being broke in twice and towing issue. APARTMENT manager (lorainaa) was notified of all police reports and issues but did nothing about it(to my knowledge). I could not terminate my lease even though I stated safety concerns alone with others in my unit. (Gun shots, burgarlies and car theft just to say the lease). There are no cameras and no way to reach corporate. I tried calling, emails, and trying go through chain of command. This is unacceptable and is a crime scene once every 2 weeks seems like. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED ‼️"
"I was in a very very desperate mindset and needed a place right away , Lorena bent over backwards to make sure she could help me and she made me feel comfortable and reassured me I would be ok . She kept me in the know during the entire process. I have now been living there for about two years or so and I walk my dogs, I feel safe, I really like the fact that most of my neighbors were there before me and are still there , you don’t find that much in a apartment community .They try their best to make sure the aspects of the area is clean and nice and well kept. The maintenance crew has been there probably longer than myself and that also speaks volumes, I appreciate the promptness of my concerns if I have any even if fixing anything is gonna take a little longer than anticipated they let me know. A little goes a long way and I appreciate that ."
"I've been trying to call this apartment community for 3-4 days.. they finally answered and said they had units available. I stopped by around 2PM on Monday to see if I could tour one of their units and the office was locked. No big deal. Today I went back around 1:30 and walked in to the leasing office and there were two latino women sitting at a table eating lunch staring at me like I was crazy. They didn't greet me or anything. After 5 seconds of awkward silence I said "Is this the leasing office?" and they said "Yes, but we're at lunch". Very rude and unprofessional. If this is any indication of how they treat their residents, I would not recommend living here."
