"The professionalism and the customer service care was a 10 for me. Joi was the first person I encountered and she was phenomenal. She was very detail and answered all my questions. She gave me a virtual tour initially. Any changes in the plans she updated me immediately. I meet Jasmine when I stopped by the property and received a in person tour. These ladies were definitely a major influence on me signing the lease and I appreciate their kindness and support. I love my apartment and the roomy space was exactly what I needed. Thank you Joi and thank you Jasmine for going the extra mile."

"Let me begin with my wife and I love our apartment home, 2bd 2b with den is absolutely beautiful. BRAND NEW with granite counter tops, soft close cabinets with nice hardware. Huge laundry room and closets, spacious bedrooms and baths. Large living room with balcony and storage. Love the Hardwood flooring. The office staff Julie Mgr, Joi, Jasmine, Kayla is very professional and friendly. Darnell the maintenance manager, addressed our issue promptly. My wife and I are grateful to be here. The staff has been exceptionally supportive and kind. We are treated like family. Thank you for all you are doing to make our stay pleasant. God Bless you all and we are praying for you."

"Not really one to cause issues, but when it comes to being misguided especially about money spent, I will. I inquired about a 1 bedroom apartment. The apartments are newly constructed and very nice. I toured with Joy and she was very pleasant. Always make sure to inquire about app and admin fees PRIOR to spending because they are not cheap. I sat in the office the same day of touring and completed the application on sight with Joy. I received a water bottle directly after. That said, I will say beware. The staff Kayla and Joy at the time were not trained in letting someone know that their administration fee is non-fundable even if you are not approved for the unit. Most complexes ARE refundable. Yes, even when you sign documentation saying it’s non-refundable it’s most likely when you had been approved, so as I said keep in mind I asked these questions. When I received notification about being denied, I was not upset. I only inquired about when I would receive my admin fee back of $200. It was stated it would be processed as a move out, although I never moved into a unit which was weird to me, nevertheless, I agreed. A few days went by and I had not heard anything which resulted in me communicating with corporate, because where was my administration fee? Needless to say this led me to speaking to a corporate representative who was careless about my situation and interest in the complex, nor the fact that her staff stated that I would be receiving my money in the mail. She only said I needed to disregard what information they had given me as Joy is currently a person who oversees the property but is a hired via contract. I immediately reached back out to the complex and this is where I spoke to Kayla who was also very sweet. Kayla felt bad and stated they would be honoring the $200 being sent back to me as they were not notified about administrative fees being completely non-refundable. She also stated she had this conversation with corporate after me calling, so I assumed everything was all good. A week goes by and I had not received my money so I filed a dispute with all my documentation. All of this occurred back in July, and I won the dispute with my bank as I never received my money back but provided proof and documentation of where I was misled. Spire decided to send documentation as of October, stating I knew that the administration fee was fully non-refundable KNOWING I did not. I am literally still going through this process being that it is now November and not understanding why. I even called to speak to Joy or Kayla who “suddenly” could not take the call although I was told she could. Luckily, I’ve moved on to better things and in better spaces. I feel like I’ve dodged a bullet. The company obviously needs the money more than the applicants since everything is fully non-refundable even across being denied. It’s no disrepect to Kayla or Joy as they said themselves they had no idea of their “company policy” but, A follow up of honesty or honoring what was communicated afterward would have been better than no communication at all over these few months."
