"I toured the apartment for the 2 bedroom and 2 bath. The aesthetic of it was nice, the kitchen was practically brand new, the stove and refrigerator. The bedrooms were small and the bathroom interior was also nice but everything was DIRTY. When I walked in there we're wood chips, dirt, and dead roaches all over the floor. The bathroom tub paint was chipping and any door damage was just painted over. The neighborhood did not feel safe so choose at your own discretion. I’m honestly shocked they didn’t at least clean it out before allowing it to be toured, smh. Pros: aesthetic, new appliances :fridge laundry stove and the interior Cons: ROACHESS, unsafe neighborhood, dirty complex"

"Do not move here. They are the worst managed company in Charlotte. My first month moving here my whole bedroom was flooded. Then several smalled floodings happened about 6 times and management does nothing but they implemented a parking violation situation and went into affect immediately and my car was towed but can't fix my mold. This place is horrible and crime is high but i don't see nobody putting in violation guidelines for that."

"Nothing gets fixed. Its 90 degrees today I have 2 babies and been asking for A/C to get fixed since March. Mind you it never worked since i been here. Been ignored but stupid me i continue to pay rent on time."
