"From the time I been her it has been nothing but Drama The 1st manager Karen was a waste of doing was she was suppose to do. I am glad they got rid of her. Deena has always been the real manager anyway. But main office Drucker & Falk do not answer their calls or complains. The customer service line is rude. I email the main manager who was over Karen too many time no answer. The maintenance guy finally since I complained about my refrigerator leaking since I been here got the refrigerator 2 weeks ago motor gone on the refrigerator lost over $200.00 worth of food. Let's see if I get a response from this I am done with this place. Pay my rent on time they do not care but it I miss my rent I am getting kick out. I am sorry the owners do not care. And as the response I did call your customer care today but did not hear a response from the owners Drucker & Falk & by the way you region manager whoever she was when I move in March she promised me a give card because my apartment was not ready on March 27, 2023 I never receive it 8 months later like I said they do not care I rest my case."

"I just got approved for a apartment there at Mallard Creek. The entire process was smooth and easy. We worked with Deenna, she was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. We look forward to moving home soon….add more equipment in the fitness center lol"
