"Decent place to live… would have stayed if they didn’t jack up my rent by 300… a lot of ppl moved out bc of that… the manager is super nice… the rest of the office staff not so great… when I first moved in I was told that I could put a cover on my railing … been on there for over 5 months than got a call and they told me that it was never allowed… the lady was very rude… it was the Latina lady that was rude. Didn’t want to hear what I had to say or that I had permission to put it on… what made it worst was on the back side is the apartments I saw at least 2 others that has something similar… if I can’t do it than no someone should be able to. They talk about certain breeds of dogs are not allowed but yet I saw pitbulls, German shepherd’s, husky’s etc. overall the apartments are nice inside, high end finishes."
"The current staff at this property has been outstanding! From the recent hires in the front office to maintenance; they have and continue to work with diligence and professionalism. The new property manager is very courteous and outgoing, along with the remainder of the staff. Extremely excited to see the recent noticeable work being put in to make this community exactly what it should be. Thank you to all who are employed here; we see your hard work! Great job!!! "This prosperity is struggling in every area, between dog piss and poop on the elevators, the entry way smelling like the a sewer, dog piss bags from outside and old trash. Since the 1st management been gone the new management aren’t doing any better, office staff is rude, they can care less about anyone that live on this property their main concern is to get as many ppl to move in as much as possible. I’ve been living here for 1 year and this neighborhood is past disgusting. 0 improvements For the amount of money we pay to live here you’re better off living else where bc this property isn’t luxury at all."
