"Whenever I need help, Alex resolves all concerns and problems quickly and in a professional manner. When I needed help registering my car, Alex demonstrated respect and patience. She gave me step-by-step instructions on how to register my car with LMS. When I needed help renewing my lease, Alex demonstrated competent skills and professionalism. She found my lease agreement and emailed it quickly to me. A few days ago, I needed help with a defective carbon monoxide device. Alex submitted a request for service, and the technicians fixed it quickly. Alex, thank you for your dedication and service.
