"Rewriting my review since it seemed not to post. This place is INSANE…..In a bad way. I could go on and on about the things that have happened but I’ll keep it short. For the record, I am not a resident, I am a frequent visitor for some current residents and HATE the way they are being treated. It’s crazy how multiple people are having issues with this place. 1. They WILL tow your car for no reason. If you have visitors, they will tow their car, if you have a moped they will have it towed, they WILL HAVE YOUR CAR TOWED. It costs $450 and they will not reimburse your money. 2. There is a big problem. See a bug every night. They walk around like they pay rent. Have called to have it sprayed, they said “it is what it is” ARE YOU SERIOUS!?? 3. WiFi is trash. The staff are clueless when it comes to information. WiFi can’t be used for WFH jobs and must require an upgrade. Never heard of this in my life. 4. Tired of calling for maintenance and assistance. Nobody follows up or helps. I might as well be a maintenance person at this rate since we have to fix our own problems. Add me to the payroll. 5. I’ve personally tried to call the leasing office since my friend seems to continually get the run around or no answer. Our concerns are brushed aside and are made to seem unimportant. Not okay. 0/10 save your money and go somewhere where your money means something."

"Breezeways full of paint stains from repairs over a month ago. Just left paint all throughout breezeway. Holes in ceiling repair above that will result in more paint if ever repaired. THIEVES stole my package (literally opened it and then threw it on ground away from my door I found the contents they decided they did not want) so I invested in a ring camera. You cannot use the ring camera with community wifi that you’re forced to have/ pay for. Not exactly handicap friendly since you have to wheel down street if closest two parking spaces are full or walk down steep pavement as my mom did. 12/9 THEY TOWED MY CAR HERE AND IT’S $425 TO PICK YOUR CAR UP THERE ARE NO NOTICES DO NOT LIVE HERE! If you work from home you will have to PAY to have an additional wifi service. Christina stated the wifi is just for leisure and not business. $125 for wifi and you still have to have another service bc the one you’re forced to have isn’t secure, consistent, reliable or meant to be able to use for working. You’re forced to have Spectrum and the service is AWFUL. It constantly has issues. Spectrum sucks. The kitchens aren’t updated. The appliances are very cheap. Oven doesn’t even have self clean, flimsy burners, basic dishwasher. No USB outlets. I’m not sure why it’s advertised as luxury. You don’t get signal in the area and can only use phone w WIFI. The apartments are poorly put together overall. Don’t recommend- find somewhere better."

"WOW!! Beautiful community! The apartments are huge and well maintained. Love the amenities and can't wait to enjoy time by the pool and work out in the gym. Carol and Christy in the office were kind and helpful and made the application process easy and understandable. Definitely the best I have visited in the area. Can't wait to move in and start my new chapter of life!"

"**EDIT 12/31/2023** One week ago my downstairs neighbor came to my door yelling at me and threatening to shoot me through the door because I was “walking too loudly” in my apartment. The office staff is refusing to acknowledge the severity of this event and is refusing to allow me to break my lease. I do not feel safe living here and I would be terrified if I had children living here. Avoid this place at all costs. Where do I begin with place... 1. On my original tour I asked if the $120 a month additional fee "Ardmore advantage package is optional". I was told it was. After I signed my lease I was told it was NOT OPTIONAL and was mandatory for all residents. This is called a bait and switch. 2. If you are someone who buys anything online and receive packages prepare to have them all stolen. I have lived here two months and almost every package I have had delivered has been stolen or opened and then returned to my front door if they weren't of significant enough value. I see many open packages with items sitting out in front of my neighbors doors also. I have reported this issue to the office and asked for a safe way to have packages delivered and they told me "We do not accept packages in the office. Have your packages delivered to the post office". Not only is this a huge inconvenience it is horrible customer service from an apartment complex that charges $1600+ a month for a 1BR. They do not allow packages to be delivered to the mail room. 3. The walls are PAPER THIN. You will hear every crying baby, every TV, every cabinet being closed and every casual conversation your neighbors have from all 4 sides. It is almost impossible to have peace and quiet. Kids also regularly roam the halls screaming and bouncing balls. All the office staff does is send out emails saying this is against the rules. 4. You better have good car insurance because your car will get broken into. Its a regular occurrence to see broken windows on cars. 5. There is regularly trash up and down the staircases. Armed with this information I would NOT recommend someone sign a lease here unless you are completely out of options. Even then I struggle to find $1600 worth of value here. I have lived here for 2.5 months and I regret it."
