"My experience while living at Wildwood was truly unfortunate. The marketing pictures they use to sell their space, the language they use on their social platforms, and the description of all things Wildwood is very misleading. I was lead to believe that my concerns would be addressed and I would be taken care of while I was a resident at Wildwood apartments, however, the opposite occurred. My apartment was absolutely filthy on move in day, no washer and dryer as promised, mold everywhere, cupboards full of dirt and bugs, and above all safety was always an issue. The pictures speak for themselves. Maintenance tried to help, and they were very nice, but the on-site management team was a disorganized mess with high turnover. I had to move into a different apartment 3 weeks after moving into the community. The second space was worse than the first. Disgusting!There were bugs in the refrigerator- not around it, in it. Maintenance didn’t know how to fix it, so they never did, and management knew about all of it! Often times, I had to deal with the Regional Manager who was a nightmare. She had no respect for me, my situation, the filth I was living in, or the safety of her residents. The front gates never worked-huge safety issue!!!!! And to make things worse, I was pregnant while I was a resident there. Bugs in the refrigerator meant no fresh fruits and veggies- which was a large part of my prenatal diet. Honestly, I cannot fathom how the management lives with themselves. I moved out of WW when I was 7 months pregnant, after fighting to get out of my lease which they wouldn’t allow. Several months later after being assured that I had a zero balance, I was hit with a collections bill of $322. They had the nerve to send me to collections after I spent hundreds of dollars in cleaning supplies to maintain a sanitary space for myself while I was pregnant. Additionally, I spend hundreds of dollars on fresh food every day because I could not keep food in my refrigerator. The simple bottom line is- DO NOT BE FOOLED- Wildwood is a cesspool of filth. The community needs a complete makeover for even come close to what they are selling. Don’t put yourself through what I went through. Everything from the interior apartment space to the pool (which wasn’t open for 6 of the 12 months I lived there), to the parking lot (glass everywhere), to the breezeways (full of trash and smells horrible) to the management (on-site and regional)- it is all wrong and full of deliberate deceit. I consider myself lucky getting out of that NIGHTMARE APARTMENT!!"

"We’ve lived in Wildwood for 1 year and 9 months. I would say that management in Wildwood is amazing. All requests were fulfilled quickly. We’ve lived in one bedroom & one bathroom then upgraded to - two bedrooms & two bathrooms - both of them were quite spacious and with good appliances. Nice pool, gym, laundry, dog park - didn’t use them a lot but everything was ok when we did. The neighborhood is quiet and green. A lot of parking space."
