Weyland Apartments

"Calling and calling and calling and calling. Never answering. We having a serious interest in an apartment and getting NOTHING. We got fed up of calling everyday for a WEEK and went in person where the hours say it closes at 6pm. We pull up at 4:30 and their car is here and all the blinds are open and the lights are on. We’re sitting outside in the car and the lights go off. We say ok that’s weird and walk up to the door, tell me why it’s LOCKEDDD. Like what kind of business are you running, we need an apartment and don’t have the time, energy, or patience to be playing around with our lives. Like I’m in college, I don’t have time for you and your games."

"They're called Advisory Property Management now. I've lived here for 2 years. The office is always rude. They refuse to fix anything and the rent was $916 and they changed it to $1050 right away. UPDATE: Neighbor gave me landlords #. Apparently the maintenance portal doesn't work and no one was notified. He asked me where I entered a list for repairs....after telling me the portal doesn't work. He's fixing the pipes, kitchen and a.c. He has only ever said the roaches were there because we live in filth. It's very disrespectful and he hasn't been in our apt. He never asked if they've been here since Day 1. He never wondered that it was anything else. (our neighbor had left trash outside for months until they called the city to bring a dumpster to clean it) The new owners came in a year ago. He said he would fix the apartments and we could move to an updated one. I was 2 days late on rent and he came into my driveway to block me in and threaten me (we had never been late before and we weren't late since). Then another guy came door to door and didn't have me written down as a tenant so he threatened me too and it was his mistake. They fixed the apartment next to me and moved someone in. That's the only apartment near me that's been fixed. I complained about the roaches and the response was that I must live in filth, which was delivered with a smile. They've been here since we moved in. There are 4 different kind of roaches in my apartment. The kitchen is sinking in the middle, something they know of, which has been that was since move-in. The washer only overflows because they won't clean the pipe. They won't fix that. The a.c has stopped working and they've never answered the request for maintenance. We wanted to renew our lease because we wanted to see how they would act and we're stuck here because of my accident but we're fighting to leave. I don't recommend living here."

"If I were you , I mean this from the bottom of my heart RUNNNNNN. They never replaced my washer or dryer. My spare room plugs never got fixed . My apartment was infested with roaches. I called and even wrote the state . They are terrible . They don’t care . I had to leave due to the conditions. They look cool on the website but trust these are the updated trap houses. Terrible!!!!"

"Overall good experience so far, with great communication from management and staff. I am enjoying the area. If there was one thing that could be improved would be some of the interior and exterior esthetic's which are some minor things that could be touched up. Looking forward to enjoying my stay and the community. I recommend checking it out."

"I feel like the managers at this location only get paid to ignore the residents. It took them two weeks to replace my refrigerator, trash is piling up for MONTHS and no change is happening. It all appearance. Another resident paying higher rent with terrible conditions."
