"I visit my friend very often here and for the past 2 weeks her floor has been leaking water. it started out just a puddle in front of her washing machine, when she called maintenance they said they would come back later. it’s been 2 weeks and now the puddle has reached her living room and one of her bedrooms it has started molding on the bottom of the doors and carpet. I tried to walk to her bathroom and when I stepped in the carpet the water came through my sandals. Eveytime I see maintenance they’re always riding around on golf carts and talking. These apartments are NOT livable."
"My family had a horrible experience with this apartment complex. My daughter rented an apartment here for the summer and it was just one mess after another since day one. My husband and I traveled from NH to move her in and I honestly had a hard time leaving her there. It was dirty, smelled like smoke and had a broken AC that wasn’t fixed for weeks. I feel that they have boarder line unethical business practices and will take advantage of people instead of working with them. Save yourself the headache and find another place to live."
