"THE WORST APARTMENTS IN CHARLOTTE . HAD NO HEAT FOR 2 NIGHT AND STILL WITHOUT HEAT BECAUSE THEY LIED ABOUT SENDING SOMEONE OUT TO FIX THE FURNACE LIKE IT AINT FCKN WINTER. THEY ONLY ANSWER TO MEXICANS AND NO BLACK PEOPLE. THEIR ALWAYS CLOSED AND JUST SUCK OVERALL. DO NOT RECOMMEND I REPEAT DO NOT RECOMMEND ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️"

"I do not recommend… they take forever to fix simple things that still don’t be fix. People are waiting on repairs and refrigerators for months. Only people they care about are the Spanish and Mexicans. But wants to charge extra when you smoke outside a GHETTO neighborhood. They are not approving black people applications. Only approving Spanish and Mexicans and rent office is ALWAYS CLOSED. Don’t WASTE YOUR TIME UNLESS YOU WANNA LIVE WITH ROACHES AND MESSED UP BATHROOMS AND SINKS THAT THEY NEVER FIX. Don’t have a maintenance men only cleaners. I hate the prev owners even sold this property to Mexicans they were way better at getting things done!!! O AND THEY ARE INCREASING RENT WITHOUT ANY RENOVATIONS!!! Terrible complex!!!!"

"I applied for a place last year got approved for a one and two bedroom I wasn’t getting any responses for anybody then I was told that the property had been switched to different management and that I would need to reapply again and that my application fee would be waived. Been calling back since then after I was told units would be ready by may nobody answers the phone or ever in the office you go online for the website it’s no phone number nor is there anything about the apartments it takes you to another website. But I’m seeing the apartments listed on different rental sites and also on Facebook market so I’m not sure who runs these properties but you guys are losing money from people who actually want to move and can afford the prices. I hope someone sees this and something is done because this is ridiculous"

"We have lived here for a year and a half and have enjoyed our stay here. The neighbors aren’t loud, and management is respectful and answers questions in a timely manner. Maintenance is out within hours, the very few times we’ve needed them. No issues with parking or theft (though it’s Nation’s Ford so you should still lock your doors!), there are working security cameras all over the property."

"Horrible!!! Owner is rude, not very friendly at least to African Americans, and they are supper unprofessional. I've lived here for some time now and I'm so glad it's almost over. The section I live in isn't too bad but the neighbor below us has been complaining of noise apparently. The walls are so thin I can hear my neighborsabove and beside me phone vibrate and ring. The neighbor below has been making false claims of noise and the owner send rude emails about it. My husband went in to tell them that the accusations are not only false but ridiculous (she filed a noise complaint bc we were making too much noise MOVING IN) and we were assured that the noise complaints were just protocol and had no bearing on anything. Come to find out a month before we were due to renew our lease, we were emailed a termination letter. I emailed back asking about the option to renew lease and was told because of the noise complaints we could not. I was shocked. We have NEVER been late on rent, we are gone 80% of the time as my husband is a truck driver and I'm in the reserves. These apartments are a joke. On top of all of this they have a apt that a triple homicide occurred in that they continue to rent out and not let the leasee know. Neighborhood is horrible with prostitution, drugs, and police everywhere. Outside looks horrible but inside isn't bad. Price is too high for the ghetto. This place sucked!"
