"Overall the community is quiet and office staff is very helpful. But have to move because they won't budge on rent hike. From 1051 to 1315 is a pretty big jump. And not wanting to leave but having to go. Because they're offering nothing for the rent hike. No Ammenities Laundry center:none Excerise room: none Pool: none Stainless steel Appliances: none."
"I’m a current resident and I have to call 3 numbers in order to have someone come out and look at a maintenance issue, then the voice mailboxes are full. For the amount of money they charge here NO ONE is doing ANYTHING to make this “a great place to live” that statement is a lie and it changes hands as often as people change clothes."
"Overall the community is very nice with friendly neighbors, and the actual apartments are nice and clean. Allison, the property Manager here is absolutely the main piece that keeps the community solid with adhering to us tenants when needed, she also goes the extra mile with grace and hospitality, she has a perfect balance of great personal character and great business orienteering values. I am grateful I found Summerfield to be my cute and cozy home."
