"Management never responds and no one is ever in the office to help with anything. Had a horrible incident with the contractors doing renovations and never heard a thing back from management about it."

"I lived here from September 2021-March 2023 and hated every minute of it! It wasn’t too bad at first but we were on the bottom floor and our upstairs neighbors moved out (who were so quiet even though you can literally hear every little thing your neighbors do) and the new neighbors were incredibly loud and had people coming in and out of their home at all hours of the night and would argue CONSTANTLY. Had cops called on them on NUMEROUS occasions and management never did anything about it. We also were without a dishwasher for 6 months! It broke in September of 2022 and didn’t get replaced till mid February of 2023! Management didn’t want to buy new ones that had broken because they were planning on upgrading apartments come 2023 (which still hadn’t even started when I moved out in March) and didn’t want to spare the extra expense! Also we had a HORRIBLE roach problem! You pay for monthly pest control but literally never had anyone come spray the entire time we lived there even when we complained about them. We had to deal with it ourselves. They’ve gone up on the rent and these apartments are nowhere close to being worth what they are charging."

"My mom and dad moved into these apartments in April. First of all, before they moved in we were promised that they would be upgrading all the apartments in June. This has never happened. My Mom passed away in June and now my 85 year old dad and my handicap brother live together in this apartment. We have made MULTIPLE complaints about the guest bathroom leaking from the roof. They are on the bottom floor and the neighbor said the previous tenant moved out because of this problem. All they have done was come out and patched it over and it starts leaking again. The whole ceiling is covered in mold. I’m going to Human Affairs I’m Columbia to file a complaint against these people. Nobody should ever have to live like this. Attached is a picture of the ceiling in the bathroom. "Hi, it’s me again! I made a review on Village Station a while ago, but I need to make another. We’ve lived here almost three years now, and in March 2022, the complex changed management. It’s not the same as it was. Usually, I don’t interact with the landlord/leasing office very much. I pay my rent on time and I keep to myself. Our dishwasher broke around May 2022, and it was not replaced for TWO months. I had to reach out and ask about any updates, to which I was told they had received the dishwasher “and just needed to find time to come install it.” ….so why did I have to be the one to reach out for this to get done? Since then, I have made effort to have little interaction with them. Unfortunately, Rock Hill went through a serious cold front Dec 23-26. We’d never known to drip the faucets at night, never had to before, so we didn’t know our pipes were going to freeze. And they did. We woke up with no water. I called the emergency maintenance number, since the office wouldn’t be open again until 12/28. Voicemail. I called four times over the course of three days. We were without water for that long. We had no response. I’ve been incredibly disappointed in the reliability and lack of communication of this management. I know other residents feel the same way, one of them was without heat for four days during this same time and was unable to get any response either. I don’t know if anyone was even getting our voicemails. I don’t know that anyone would have responded if our apartment had flooded in a timely manner due to a burst pipe. Overall, I get it. It’s a business. You can’t make everyone happy. But this is supposed to be my HOME. if I don’t have water, I don’t have anywhere else to go, and they don’t seem to hold their residents with that kind of importance. Unfortunately, their business hours are within the hours that I work, so going to talk to them in person is extremely difficult."

"Don’t apply here. Rip off. Don’t have units “available” as they claim and will just take your application fee, make it seem like you are now a new tenant. You will receive emails and all as if you are a new tenant just for them to find any excuse to not lease to you. They will lie and turn their lies around to make it seem like you didn’t complete something after all of those emails and without much explanation at that. Very unprofessional lady that picks up the phone by the way also. Don’t fall for their availability of units. They use that as a front for you to apply when nothing is available then when you keep asking to see a apartment they will give you the same ol lie “Waiting for the cleaners to come”. They done this to me, my cousin and a friend of mine”."
