"Nice properties and surrounding areas. Not too far from North Lake Mall and several eateries. Marc has been great in touring the new townhomes, handling of application process, and any follow-up questions on a timely basis."
"I had the pleasure of touring this beautiful property with my cousin. I recently moved here from Pennsylvania and instantly fell in love with the outside of the property. I toured with Marc and asked questions the entire time. The whole experience felt very rushed and I even noticed that his facial expressions seemed very annoyed with me. I left the property feeling like I was not welcomed and decided to go view another property whose customer service skills were far superior. I work in hospitality and there is a way to make people feel welcome and that wasn’t it. Maybe he needs some assistance."

We did have to wait on Marc for our tour due to him being the only associate available but it was worth it. My mother has applied and we are eagerly waiting for her approval. I will say the pictures online are different than on-site but the community is still very nice. Marc was very knowledgeable and provided a great tour. My children loved the playground area which is rare for a new community."
