"DO NOT BELIEVE THE 5 STAR REVIEWS! Charlotte 360 is an absolute SCAM! The pictures on their website is absolute LIES!! All of the units are outdated inside and out. The appliances are used/barely works. Plus, roach infestation. Don’t waste your time putting in a work order on the online portal. They’ll mark it “completed” while haven’t fixed anything. My bedroom window has been broke since the day I moved in and it still hasn’t been tended to almost a year later. I’ve also brought to their attention that there’s mold spreading in my bathroom which they also haven’t tend to. There’s been alot of shootings and break-ins. A neighbor of mine just moved in not even a month ago and already had her car broken into. The leasing office is UNPROFESSIONAL. Their communication is horrible and don’t take accountability for their mistakes. I was having power issues in my unit for almost 2 months while they kept stating that they don’t know why. It took one of their maintenance guys to accidentally spit out that there was a fire in my unit with the last tenants. Not only is the leasing office unprofessional but they play favoritism with certain tenants. The office is predominantly hispanic so that’s who they tend do."

"I love my new home here at Charlotte 360. The neighborhood is nice and clean. It’s beautiful it’s quiet. I haven’t had any problems with the neighbors and my unit is absolutely beautiful. It’s exactly how it looked on online everything in my apartment was remodeled and Of course it’s not a new apartment building so something’s will be dated but for the most part everything is brand new my rooms are spacious the carpet is brand new my bathrooms are beautiful my kitchen I absolutely love that was my main concern. I wanted my kitchen to look exactly like it did online and it does they exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Charlotte 360, and as far as your experience with applying its awesome beginning to end. Everyone in the office is more than great. They’re kind and patient with you and they’re going to make sure that you get exactly what you want. Especially Ms Jerica As I said, everyone is great, but Ms Jerica thats who I worked with. She’s amazing I’m so happy I chose Charlotte 360"

"The rent is decent but you get what you pay for. I’ve only lived in my townhome for 2 weeks and this apartment is INFESTED with roaches. Charlotte 360 needs to bomb the ENTIRE building 3006 that includes apt 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, & 8!!!!"
