"Love living here overall, but I do not appreciate the building getting cheap with the amenities. The coffee in particular: the building use to provide a wonderful assortment of creamer cups, sugars, disposable cups, etc. All of a sudden, it's BYO cups, creamer, etc. Is the building getting cheap or are the residents stealing from common areas? Concerning in either case. Please bring back the assortment of cups, creamers, etc. Thank you (The spaced out timing of these removals (first creamer, then cups) are evident that it is not an effort to be environmentally-friendly like they might likely claim -- please just bring back the cups, creamers, etc. We pay a lot of money for a luxury-apartment experience!) Thank you!"

"I have lived here for about a month now and have nothing but nice things to say about the apartment complex and management. I moved here from the UK with no friends or family to help me move in and adjust to life in the USA however Melanie has gone above and beyond to help me settle in and find my way - I wouldn't have managed this far without her, she's amazing! I have also found our maintenance supervisor Tom very kind and helpful. The friendly atmosphere and welcoming environment here has already made me feel at home."

"This place was priced fairly when I moved in a few months back. Overall a great experience. Apartment building and property are kept clean. No kids. No noise. Don't see any trash. Humans or disposable. Which is nice. Hard to find that in apartments. There has been a recent staff turnover. Which has been great. Melanie and Allie are incredible. Very professional at all times. The new maintenance guy is great. Way better than that last whatever it was. I would absolutely recommend moving here. And for all the people with negative reviews, I don't know your individual experiences, but I know people, and with that being said, you were probably just a miserable person who would have a negative experience anywhere"

"I have found Residence at tail race marina to be a very pleasant place to live. I have lived all over the country in many different apartment complexes and without doubt this has been the cleanest and well managed property I have been too. The staff is friendly and really try hard to make it comfortable and fun for the residence and the location is great as well. I think we all need to have a little more patience and understand that things can take time even in this instant gratification world. I would recommend giving the team and the location a chance. I Don't think you will be disappointed."
