"I've lived at this apartment complex for several years. Affordable and good location but ghetto people. The apartment is made of this paper walls. Loud steps and you can hear everything. Downstairs neighbors play loud music all night! Random people subleasing apartments. I havent seen one moving truck but its been like 3 sets of people below me smh its comical Management needs to do a better job patroling these apartments. There is no Management presence. I would be writing tickets left and right for how some of these residents treat the property. People park in visiting when they are residents or supposedly residents. Properly not on the lease either. That is a safety hazard all these random non residents. Ghettooo"

"This place is a SCAM !!!!!! My son applied here the place was VERY VERY NASTY the staff was nice but all the pictures was nice but after touring the apartment we decided not to go with it after pointing out all the concerns and bugs and roaches we saw during the tour we then went to the office to request our admin fee back and asked her to please send it to our new P.O. Box instead of the address on the application which she agreeded multiple times now I have been reaching out and I was told up to 30 days which is cool but now I call and I’m told it was sent to our old address which is crazy then I was given a 304 number for corporate which I spoke with and she told me she would fix the problem cancel the check and issue another one and send a ups tracking email which I still have yet to receive I have called over 20 times now they not responding at all this place is very unprofessional and very dirty and I would not recommend ANYONE here and would hate for anyone to have to experience this"

"The worst customer service and customer mistreatment. There is no response to our requests, no explanation for housing problems. They do not fulfill their obligations when we are excellent payers. Our rights as landlords are being trampled on. I no longer know which phone to call to get an answer and when you go to the administration in person they treat you badly. Negligence is what we receive from this community! 6 weeks we are waiting for them to fix the air conditioning! 6 weeks! When you upload the order through the portal, no one reads them because no one shows up to fix anything. And they don't give us an answer or show their face either. The staff contradicts each other when they talk to us at the front door and make excuses between them. The owner or administrator should show his face and a couple of employees are inefficient and rides. The worst experience renting and that has affected my health. They don't seem to care that due to the intense heat in the apartment it has broken down several times! They told me that they had lost their keys so they could enter the house to see the air. They told me that there had to be someone to open the door. I missed my job for two days to open the house for them and NOBODY WAS! Do you miss the master key? It is an emergency when it affects health and that's how we have been since August."
