"Drove in town to family home to pick up my baby shower dress. Not even 10 mins, my car was towed. No ticket or anything was given. $340 to get my car back and it was towed 5 mins down the road - mind you I caught up to the tow truck in another vehicle. MONEY HUNGRY AND UNPROFESSIONAL LOL."
"Worst complex overall out of the 5 I've lived at. They strictly enforce rules on select people and none at all for others especially for the rules at the pool and parking. I could write a book about why not to move into Forrest oaks apartments and every neighbor I speak too tells me they can't wait to leave or how much better this complex was before this new management came in over the recent few years."
"Living here for the past two years has been very quiet and peaceful. Maintenance issues have been addressed, however a resident doesn’t know when they are coming to repair the issue. Nor is a completed work order left saying that it’s done. There’s a package room and those left by your door aren’t bothered. I established a friendship with several of my neighbors."
"Great front office staff and great maintenance staff. They have been very good to my family and I. Only thing I would change is the outdated appliances. Our shower walls are made of plastic and constantly mold because of the cheap materials! Other than that we are happy here. I wish they would hire full time security though."
