"I moved here just over a year ago from Sea Bright, NJ sight unseen. I spent a lot of time on the phone with the gals in the office with a million questions. (being from NJ trust is an issue) This group of gals answered every question. They were patient and understanding since I was unable to get down here first and knew only one person in this state. I was a nervous wreck if all was as it seemed. I walked in my 1/1 apartment for the first time and was so impressed. I felt like I moved into a luxury resort. Everything is clean, new and modern. I overlook the pool and the view is gorgeous. The event for every occasion is wonderful, also. The dog park is great, the playground to take my grandbabies is amazing and garbage pick-up at my doorstep was a pleasant surprise and is yet another example of easy living at Haven Pointe. This complex is everything I hoped for and beyond. The entire staff is second to none! I recommend Haven Point at Carolina Forest. 10 stars!!"

"People want the world from where they live and it's hard to tell with reviews whether or not a place should be considered to be their new home but here's my take: The property managers fought for me to live here when I initially got denied because they saw how much I genuinely loved this property. Community events where they get neighbours together to socialize with those that live close to you here are so frequent I can't keep up. The apartments or all GORGEOUS! (I only plan to upgrade next year) and the prices are fair considering the gorgeous pool, stunning amenity building, free coffee machines, better then average gym, beautiful landscape, and safe community. I don't know what else people look for in a property but to me...these qualities have made my new house feel like a home."

I had searched apartments on the web before the move.I loved Haven Pointe apartments so I contacted the office to apply , everyone was so helpful. When I arrived and saw my apartment I was amazed just how beautiful it was. It became my home for 3 years. If you are looking for a place to live in SC, I highly recommend Haven Pointe at Carolina Forest. The pool is gorgeous, the grounds and apartments are maintained beautifully. Brittany (manager) and ladies in the office are always there for you to help make your stay safe and pleasant. Tracy and the whole maintenance team are tops. GREAT place to live. I give it 5 stars."
