"The owner is a TERRIBLE person and the workers aren't any better. Whenever I call to make an appointment or ask a question he just hangs up. He is extremely rude and nasty. I brought my car here for an oil change and asked to stay. He used the incorrect oil for my oil change even though I brought my own, I didn't get the chance to tell him to use the oil I brought because he basically kicked me out of the shop. For a previous oil change one of the mechanics broke the plastic part of my dipstick and never offered to replace it. When driving my car out of the shop he also almost took off my side mirror driving into something. DO NOT COME HERE, go somewhere else where you are treated with an ounce of respect. The owner will tell you one price over the phone and then charge you something else in person. DO NOT TRUST HIM!"

"This is the only place I ever take my car to maintenanced; every experience I've had with them was great. Mark is exceptionally friendly, the work is done well, and they always do it fast. I started going here after one shop told me a repair/replacement for my rack and pinion would be $1250, and would take weeks to get the part and do the repair. Mark told me $800, and I had my car back the next day. He somehow managed to get the part same day, and repair a rack and pinion steering assembly within 24 hours. Could not more highly recommended this place."
