"Typical local cab company nonsense. Ordered a taxi at 8:47, dispatcher said it would arrive in 20 minutes. After 3 follow up calls it finally showed up at 9:55. I take Uber bc of this kind of stuff - only couldn't today bc I had my wallet stolen. Waiting on news cards. Never again."
"I called at 4pm to have a car at 6pm in order to catch a train. They said to call back at 5pm. I did call back to confirm can didn't show up till 6:20pm!!! Missed the train and I felt he was over charging me tremulously !!! I got out of cab and called another company. Just my experience :("
