"WARNING to clients going for mechanical work… Find another shop! They will manipulate you into thinking they are busy 24/7 and post all over their social media but do not let that fool you. They sit around all day dodging calls, mechanics drinking alcohol while on duty working on customer vehicles and plenty more. A handful of mechanics chat more than putting in labor hours an individual pays for’ which is why they always backed up. They wait until the very last minute to get things done. Client vehicles kept hostage in the lot… a lot of run arounds. Again, this shop is not to be trusted. Only go if you wanna have your car washed. The hospitality and mechanic work is below average. Lack knowledge on a handful of car brands be careful."

"I recently brought in my Lexus IS for a full interior and exterior detailing, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. To my surprise, they managed to complete the entire process in just one day, even though I dropped off my vehicle early in the morning. Their attention to detail was evident throughout the service, and they did an excellent job rectifying the swirl marks that had accumulated from my previous experiences with automatic car washes during my time in Philly. One of the standout moments of this experience was the removal of a particularly deep scratch on my roof, which had been caused by a terrible automatic car wash. They skillfully eliminated the scratch. I'm impressed with their detailing work that I would recommend them for similar services, and I'm already planning to return for tinting and additional cosmetic fixes in the near future. I look forward to coming back to provide an updated review, and I'm confident it will be another positive one."

"The first time I went to Immaculate, I was pretty satisfied with their work on my rims. But the second time was an absolute nightmare. The job that they said would take five days took over a month! I had to go there almost every other day just to check on my car, which was an hour's drive each way. It was not a short drive but that was the only way for me to ensure my car was okay and not being messed up because I never received any updates. And that was just the beginning. They messed up the color of my new calipers, and then it took them another three days just to get the right one. They promised they could put everything together in just one day, but it took two weeks for them to figure out how to install the new calipers. They even lacked basic knowledge on bleeding brakes! Eventually, I had to take my car away from them and have it towed to another shop. They couldn't even figure out how to bleed the brakes! Not only that, but my car was covered in scratches and even brake fluid spilled on the paint! They were completely careless with my vehicle, which is worth over 50k. When I confronted them, they only agreed to fix one of the scratches that they caused. And they even had the nerve to use my reusable gloves without permission and take the box from my trunk! The worst part is that they lost my wheel locks while working on my car. They eventually reimbursed me for them, but it took them five whole days to send the money. And even after replacing my brakes, rotors, and calipers, my car is still making noise! I don't trust them anymore and won't go back for them to "check" anything. It's a real shame that I had to write this review, but the quality of work at Immaculate is terrible, and I would never recommend them to anyone."
