"I'm never coming here again. I asked Bruce to change my starter and he did without diagnosing my car. When I told him the problem was still there he said, "I did what you told me to do." When is a mechanic supposed to just take the word of the customer for the problem? That's like asking a doctor to remove your appendix because your stomach hurts and them saying "No problem." Bruce blamed me for telling him what I thought the problem was, so unprofessional. My Dad and I ended up finding the issue and fixed my car at no cost."

"Complete scam! Took my van in for service and noticed the brakes were making noise, took it to another mechanic and the mechanic noticed half the work that NJB charged me for… was not done!! To top it off, he kept insisting I pay cash.. which I DID NOT! DO NOT GO HERE! He is a liar and scumbag."
