I always come back here because I know I'm guaranteed good service and excellent prices. In an industry where scams and dishonesty are prevalent, these guys are rare. Their sincerity is appreciated. If they can't get a job done, they'll let you know before you start taking out your money. I've never had to come back here because of a missing part or something new wrong with my car due to their error. Recently, I brought my car in for an oil change, busted breaks, and a snapped belt. "COULD NOT EVEN DO AN OIL CHANGE... I went in and requested an oil change on my Volkswagen CC with 5w-40. I was told that the oil and filter needed to be ordered and would be there in 20 mins... after 45 minutes of waiting I had to leave but was blocked in and forced to pay 50% of the cost. When I came back the next day to have the oil change done, they had the wrong oil 10W-30 (not even close). I was refunded for the initial 50% but clearly this shop does not listen to the client. I recommend that anyone looking to have even the most simple repair done go elsewhere; somewhere where the mechanics/staff actually listen."
